ENROLLMENT
The Academy begins October 26th, seats are limited to maintain the quality of the cohort experience.
GOT QUESTIONS

No prior training is required. The Academy is designed for leaders at any stage, and all core frameworks, including the Conflict Continuum™, are covered in depth throughout the 6 weeks.

Cohort-based means you move through the program alongside a group of other leaders, which is intentional. The peer learning and case discussion is a core part of the experience. You'll have one live session per week over 6 weeks, starting October 26th (sessions run October 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30). Sessions are recorded if you need to catch up, but live attendance is strongly encouraged.

All sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. We recommend attending live when possible, the real-time discussion and Q&A are where a lot of the application happens. If you know you'll miss more than two sessions, reach out before enrolling to make sure the timing is right for you.

The Academy is designed for individual leaders, executives, managers, HR leaders, and anyone responsible for navigating team dynamics.
