Prior to working in this space, Katie taught middle school English in Texas and Virginia, an experience that uniquely prepared her to navigate big personalities, shifting priorities, and complete chaos with empathy and humor. She enthusiastically puts her English degree to work through thoughtful communication and a borderline unnecessary love of proper grammar. Outside of work, Katie can be found walking Austin's nature trails, rollerblading, singing her heart out at concerts, cheering on her son at the baseball field, and finding her next favorite restaurant with her partner.

A Detroit native based in New Orleans, Ashley holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Louisiana State University, has served as an Adjunct Professor at Reach University, and is known for bringing structure, clarity, and excellence to every engagement.

Dr. Amanda L. Aiken, Ed.L.D.
Amanda Aiken, Ed.L.D., is the Founder and CEO of A.Leigh Solutions, a leadership and facilitation firm that partners with mission-driven organizations to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and move strategy into action.
With a career spanning teaching, school leadership, district executive roles, and national consulting, Amanda brings a rare blend of practitioner experience and executive insight. She began her career as a 4th grade teacher and went on to serve as a turnaround principal, senior director of schools, and cabinet-level leader, where she led large-scale instructional and leadership initiatives. She later earned her Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, where her research focused on leadership development and the experiences of leaders of color.
Amanda is known for her ability to design and facilitate high-impact experiences that translate ideas into meaningful action. Whether leading executive retreats, board sessions, or leadership development programs, she creates spaces where leaders build clarity, strengthen alignment, and move forward with purpose. Her work is grounded in the belief that clarity is kindness — and that strong leadership requires attention to both people and performance.
Through A.Leigh Solutions, Amanda has partnered with school systems, nonprofits, and national organizations across the country to lead retreats, design leadership programs, and coach executives. Her facilitation style is engaging, structured, and deeply responsive to the needs of each team, ensuring that every experience is tailored to the organization's mission and moment.
Amanda is an ICF-certified executive coach and a Harvard-trained Immunity to Change practitioner, bringing a powerful blend of strategy, mindset, and behavior change to her work with leaders. She is also a certified practitioner in tools such as CliftonStrengths and the Six Types of Working Genius. She is especially passionate about helping leaders understand and leverage their strengths, navigate complexity, and build sustainable, high-performing teams.
