CONSULTATION
We provide education consulting services in the areas of school turnaround, restorative/trauma informed discipline, leadership development, community engagement, and strategy. Amanda Aiken, our Principal Consultant, has a proven track record in all of these areas. She will also create a team of experienced professionals if your needs call for more support. Our consultation is specific to the the needs of your organization. In addition, our consultation is confidential as we know many matters can be sensitive. Consultation services can include a one time project or an ongoing engagement to support your needs. We provide SWOT analysis, next steps, project management, training, and execution of all consulting services.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Amanda, along with a team of associates, provides professional development to school administrators, teachers, and members of the non profit organizations who work with schools and children. These services are focused on leader and teacher development, trauma informed/restorative disciplines, strategy, talent recruitment, and external relations. We provide 2 hour, half day, full day, and ongoing professional development services that will be catered to the needs of your team. In addition to the in person services, we will provide ongoing following up and resources to ensure your team can continue to grow and thrive.

Amanda Aiken has spoken nationally on the areas of trauma in schools, alternative discipline, school turnaround, equity in schools, teacher development, and leader development.
